UPDATE: I recently contacted the shop and was advised to return for repairs. After reviewing my reference pictures, the technician got to work, and I must say, they look 100% better! Even my husband noticed the improvement and said they resembled the picture I brought in. The staff apologized and told me that if I wasn’t completely happy, I could come back—such a lovely shop.
